Hassle-Free 7-Day Returns

At Atelier Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

• ✓ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
• ✓ The original product tags and labels must be intact.
• ✓ The item must be returned with the original packaging.
• ⚠️ Customized bespoke dresses measured specifically for your daughter cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a stitching defect or quality issue on our end.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Take clear photos of the item and tags (and any defects if applicable).
2. Send a WhatsApp message to 0715 609 416 with your Order ID, names of the items you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
3. Our support team will verify the request and guide you on where to send the package.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or bank refund.
