All order details, including sizes and child's age, are reviewed before dispatch. If we notice any size conflicts or missing details, we will reach out to you via WhatsApp or phone. If we cannot reach you within 3 days, your order may be cancelled.
For security and logistic reasons, Cash on Delivery is only processed after the delivery fee is paid online. The customer is obligated to accept the dress and pay the dress amount upon arrival. Customers who refuse a package without a valid reason will be blacklisted from future orders.
Bespoke tailoring orders require a 50% advance payment before our tailors start cutting fabric. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Final fitting adjustments are free of charge, but returning the item for a full refund is not possible.
While we strive to ship your items within our estimated 2-7 working days, delivery timelines are subject to courier handling. Atelier Fashion is not responsible for courier delays due to adverse weather or national circumstances.
